Jobs Description:
- Lead , Train , and Manage A Team of Technical Professionals - ( Project & Systems Engineers ).
- Project Management , System Commissioning , Technical Support , and Pre-Sales to Satisfy Customer’s Requirement and Achieve Company’s Objectives.
- Participate In Tender Bidding to Secure New Projects;
- To Evaluate New Products/System/Equipment Model to Assess its Suitability and Service Packages for Promotion to Customers.
- To Monitor Performance of Sub-Contractors Control Procedure Stipulated In ISO9002 Procedure
- Conduct Performance Evaluations , Set Goals and Provide Feedback to Team Member to Enhance their Performance and Career Development.
- Ensure Systems and Processes Comply with Workplace Safety and Health Regulatory Requirements.
- Ensure that Customer Quality Specifications are Constantly Met.
