Job Description
Customer Operations (70%)
1. Customer Renewals Management
- Monitor upcoming contract expirations and proactively engage customers 60–90 days in advance
- Handle the full renewal cycle, including preparing quotations and agreements
- Maintain and update the renewal pipeline, providing periodic progress updates
- Ensure customer contracts and records are accurately documented and kept up to date
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Technical Support, Billing, Sales) to facilitate smooth renewal processes
- Meet renewal performance targets of at least 80%
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers via phone and email
- Respond to customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
- Evaluate and escalate issues to the appropriate Sales or Technical teams when required
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and usage trends
- Screen and qualify leads before handing over to the Sales team
- Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for users of the ENX Sustainability Suite platform
- Assist the Marketing team in customer engagement initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and events
Administrative Duties (30%)3. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Maintain and update vendor and supplier records, including pricing information
- Assist with procurement activities in collaboration with Sales and Field Engineering teams
- Process RFQs, prepare purchase orders, and monitor delivery schedules
- Track inventory levels and record material usage
- Manage SIM card activation and termination requests for project deployment
4. Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee office supplies and service-related contracts (e.g., facilities, cleaning services)
- Support the coordination of company events and team activities
- Carry out any other assigned administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or account management
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
