Job Description

Customer Operations (70%)

1. Customer Renewals Management

  • Monitor upcoming contract expirations and proactively engage customers 60–90 days in advance
  • Handle the full renewal cycle, including preparing quotations and agreements
  • Maintain and update the renewal pipeline, providing periodic progress updates
  • Ensure customer contracts and records are accurately documented and kept up to date
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Technical Support, Billing, Sales) to facilitate smooth renewal processes
  • Meet renewal performance targets of at least 80%

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers via phone and email
  • Respond to customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to the appropriate Sales or Technical teams when required
  • Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and usage trends
  • Screen and qualify leads before handing over to the Sales team
  • Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for users of the ENX Sustainability Suite platform
  • Assist the Marketing team in customer engagement initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and events

Administrative Duties (30%)3. Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Maintain and update vendor and supplier records, including pricing information
  • Assist with procurement activities in collaboration with Sales and Field Engineering teams
  • Process RFQs, prepare purchase orders, and monitor delivery schedules
  • Track inventory levels and record material usage
  • Manage SIM card activation and termination requests for project deployment

4. Office & Facilities Management

  • Oversee office supplies and service-related contracts (e.g., facilities, cleaning services)
  • Support the coordination of company events and team activities
  • Carry out any other assigned administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or account management
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
