Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up, install, and configure hardware and software at customer site.
- Maintain and troubleshoot basic networking equipment (e.g., routers, switches, firewall).
- Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Help implement software updates, antivirus scans, and routine system checks.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or project manager when required.
