Responsibilities
Position:
Technical Manager
We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional technical manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, You will oversee all technical matters and manage our technical support team.
Job roles & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite, client-facing technical management overseeing the day to day support of a clients end-user and infrastructure support needs
Report progress, including any changes made to plans
Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
Work with technical team to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
Min 3 to 5 years' experience in management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional communication and reporting skills
Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
