Full Time Finance Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in RESONA MERCHANT BANK ASIA LIMITED - Maukerja

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the accounting and regulatory reporting function for the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payments (payroll, staff-related expenses, corporate cards, capital expenditure, and invoices), ensuring proper approvals and timely execution.
• Prepare and issue invoices to internal stakeholders and external clients; monitor collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation, including depreciation, accruals, prepayments, and revaluation entries.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including system processes and reconciliation schedules.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules and support financial reporting.
• Handle GST filings and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
• Prepare and submit MAS regulatory reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual)within stipulated deadlines.
• Support data uploads, system entries, and reporting deliverables (e.g., ETL processes).
• Prepare reports for Head Office and Internal Audit reviews.
• Participate in system testing, business continuity exercises, and other ad hoc assignments.
• Provide backup support within the Finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements (MAS reporting experience is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
