We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Team Head to manage the organization’s sourcing and purchasing activities as well as business support projects.

Main Duties

Lead, manage and oversee the 3 key areas of :

• Procurement
• Handling customers feedback & enquiries
• Administrative support

Provide support and leadership in governing procurement framework, evaluate shortlisted vendors and manage vendor relationships

Manage customers services process and work effectively together with stakeholders with appropriate and timely feedback resolutions

Manage outsourced customers service providers and ensure efficient use of services

Lead and provide company-wide administration support for :

• Sourcing of vendors to supply office stationery and non-IT office equipment
• Manage internal dispatch services and external outsourced vendors for administrative services e.g couriers, drinks/vending machines

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years’ experience in managing a team. Relevant experience is a must, in particular, procurement expertise
• Well-versed in SharePoint and Microsoft tools
• Familiar with IT procurement
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and teambuilding skills, ability to work and communicate effectively
