Retail Health Supplement Promoter (Sales Advisor) - Urgent Hiring
Locations: Takashimaya Shopping Centre / Vivo City
Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
(Includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Health Supplement Promoter to engage customers and recommend wellness products at retail stores. If you enjoy interacting with people and have an interest in health and wellness, this role is perfect for you.
Commission is available for strong sales performance.
Work Schedule
• Standard shift: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• Deployment may include Takashimaya and Vivo City
Key Responsibilities
• Approach and engage walk-in customers warmly in the retail store
• Introduce and explain health supplements, including benefits, ingredients, and promotions
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs such as:
– Energy support
– Immunity boosting
– Digestive health
– Daily wellness
• Assist customers with product selection and simple sales closing
• Encourage bundle purchases and add-on items where suitable
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Submit simple daily sales or activity updates when required
Requirements
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Confident recommending products and assisting with simple sales closing
• Positive attitude with good customer service skills
• Able to remain patient and energetic during busy retail hours
• Punctual and responsible with assigned shifts
• Prior experience in sales, retail, promotions, events, or health products is an advantage (not required)
• Able to work weekends (mandatory)
