Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle filing, data entry, and office documents.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Assist with daily office operations.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and records.
  • Support basic HR and account-related tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or related qualification.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Responsible, detailed, and able to follow instructions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
