Full Time R2R UAT Lead - Analyst – SAP S-4HANA Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Esync Software Services Selangor - Maukerja

Role Purpose
The R2R UAT Lead / Analyst is responsible for the execution and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Record to Report (R2R) processes as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role ensures that financial processes are thoroughly tested, defects are managed effectively, and the solution meets business requirements prior to go‑live.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing scenarios for Record to Report processes, including General Ledger, Costing, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close
• Perform hands‑on execution of approved UAT test cases in accordance with the testing plan
• Identify, log, track, retest, and support the resolution of defects and issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams
• Ensure end‑to‑end R2R process readiness and support successful completion of UAT exit criteria and formal sign‑off
• Monitor UAT progress and provide timely and accurate status updates to project leadership, highlighting potential risks, issues, and blockers
• Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional teams, key stakeholders, and the UAT project team to ensure effective communication, alignment, and delivery of testing objectives
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications & Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CA / CIMA) preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in Record to Report (R2R) with hands-on UAT execution
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, FA, Costing, Intercompany, Close)
• Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs
• Proven experience in UAT defect management and test execution
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines in a project environment

Pay: RM5,790.87 - RM15,000.00 per month
