Responsibilities
INDUSTRY : HOSPITALITY / ACCOMODATION
BASIC SALARY : RM 2,000.00 - RM 2,500.00
- MUST have OWN transport (can be car or motorbike).
- MUST have at least 2 years experience in Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service or Administration
- MUST be able to work on Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's and Public Holidays
- MUST be able to deal with difficult customer service related issues
BRIEF OVERVIEW ON DAILY TASKS :
- Manage subordinates : housekeeping team, receptionist team, administration team
- Making sure daily operations are smooth and SOPs are enforced
- Carrying out tasks that are required by the Management in regards on operations (Housekeeping, Customer Service & Data Entry)
- Completing administrative tasks (i.e accounts, data entry, scheduling etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
