Full Time IT Support Analyst - US Shift Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Consultants Selangor - Maukerja

Job Functions:

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat
• Solve issues related to ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and geodatabases
• Record and update all cases in the system (CRM)
• Write and update knowledge articles for users and support team
• Report software issues or bugs for improvement
• You will identify challenges/opportunities and develop technical solutions through automation, scripting and engineering best practices
• Responsible of business-as-usual activity including global patching, windows feature deployment, Microsoft 365 Apps deployment process.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Geoinformatics, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 1 year experience with ArcMap
• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• 1-2 years of support Experience with G-suite, Office365, endpoint security, Virtual Infrastructure (VMware) Windows and Linux, Active Directory, SCCM troubleshooting, JAMF policies troubleshooting, file and printing services, and shared drives
• Bonus Experience with scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Python, and JavaScript (with view of automation)
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing tools / ITIL practices (ServiceNow)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
