Sepenuh Masa Accountant - Account Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,700 in DNS Waste Management Sdn Bhd Kuching - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, quotations, receipts and journal entries.
• Monitor accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, audit and tax matters.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and updated.
• Handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO and EIS submissions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in accounting field.
• Knowledge in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and good time management.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in AutoCount accounting system.
• Familiar with SST, payroll and statutory submissions.

Working Details:

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday
• Location: Batu Kitang, Kuching, Sarawak
