Job Summary:
Manage customer credit risk activities to ensure safe business transactions, minimize bad debt risk, and support smooth order processing. Responsible for customer credit assessment, credit limit review, blocked order release, risk monitoring, collections support, and compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer credit risk assessment and recommend suitable credit limits
- Review and manage blocked sales orders based on risk evaluation
- Monitor customer payment behavior, overdue invoices, and credit exposure
- Maintain and update customer master data related to credit management
- Support collections team on outstanding invoices and dispute resolution
- Prepare reports for country, regional, and global stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, and statutory requirements
- Participate in process improvement, automation, and regional projects
- Support knowledge transfer, training, and team development
- Handle audit queries and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles)
- Experience in Credit Risk Management, AR, Collections, or Shared Services is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
- Good understanding of finance processes and customer risk evaluation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- English proficiency required; additional language skills are an advantage
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
