Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry for accounting transactions including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain supporting accounting documents such as invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, petty cash reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
• Support audit processes and documentation when required.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning and printing.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with several years of relevant working experience; or Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with QNE accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and responsible.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
