An established MNC Shared Services Center is hiring a Credit Management Analyst to support credit risk and customer account management for Asia Pacific markets.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve new customer accounts and payment term changes
- Monitor customer credit limits and payment status
- Manage blocked sales orders and support release decisions
- Follow up on overdue invoices and outstanding payments
- Prepare reports and monitor credit management KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP
- Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate with regional teams and provide backup support when needed
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field / professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in Credit Management, Finance, or Controlling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SAP, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of FSCM is an added advantage
- Japanese speaker with JLPT N1/N2 is a MUST for this role
