With a strong distribution network, we serve established clients such as Apple stores, Harvey Norman, and major IT/gadget retail chains.

Responsibility:

  • Identify, develop, and expand new reseller and retail channel opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage and grow existing reseller accounts by strengthening relationships and increasing sell-through performance
  • Analyse reseller performance, SKU movement, and stock levels to identify opportunities and potential risks
  • Develop and execute action plans (promotions, product push, stock planning) to improve sales performance
  • Negotiate with resellers on pricing, promotions, product assortment, and in-store visibility
  • Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, product displays, and branding across retail channels
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to support campaigns and ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and ensure timely fulfilment and after-sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable insights
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and account updates
  • Work independently to manage assigned accounts and territories, ensuring consistent execution and follow-ups
  • Take ownership of sales targets and proactively drive initiatives to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in retail or consumer electronics channels
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Data-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple retail/reseller accounts
  • Experience in managing key accounts or retail channels is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
