Positions Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibility

• Generate new business opportunities: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling to create a robust pipeline of sales leads.
• Develop and maintain client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations: Effectively present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits that align with their needs and objectives.
• Negotiate and close deals: Lead contract negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
• Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies, address customer needs, and enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using our CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings: Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Track record of achieving targets: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
• Relationship building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Result-oriented mindset: Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
• Adaptability and resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and handle objections and rejection positively.
• Team player: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Organizational skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technologically proficient: Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales productivity tools, and other relevant software applications.
