Job Description

Responsibilities

A. Job Responsibilities: -

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible to attend at all times to all walk-ins’ customers or via appointments and responding customer request and inquiries.
  • Responsible in maintaining a positive relationship between the company and its customers.
  • Responsible to ensure all customers data are recorded and confidential manner.
  • Responsible to do a courtesy visit in promoting company products.
  • Proactively promoting company product & closing deals.
  • Responsible to ensure the Sales Gallery in good conditions.
  • Responsible to make calls to customer to confirm attendance for all company events.
  • To fully participate in all sales activities, launching, gathering and promotion, sales event organized by the management.
  • Responsible to perform tele-marketing or zoom online for potential buyers.
  • Responsible to send thank you message, birthday wishes and festive seasons to selected customers.
  • Responsible to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Responsible to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution via phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Responsible to provide administrative support to PSM Sales Operations Team.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
  • To perform all other scope of works and/or responsibilities which can vary, from time to time, as instructed by the Management.

C. Job Tasks:-

  • Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with :-

a) the specified policies and procedures

b) the requirements of ISO

  • Responsible to submit daily report on the day’s operations.
  • Take responsibility and raise any issues or concerns related to daily operations.
  • Responsible for initiating improvements in the Quality System, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action(s).
  • Develops and fosters good working relationship with key internal and external contacts.
  • Responsible to coordinate with Sales Agents who are on duty under Sales Assignment (Sales Booth, Expo and etc).
  • Responsible to assist on sales activities from time to time.
  • Responsible to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as required and to go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • To build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication and to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Follow up with new and existing leads to encourage bookings, appointments, or purchases.
  • Prepare daily sales and customer follow-up reports, highlighting potential buyers and sales progress.
  • To submit daily activities report to superior.
  • To submit weekly report on Sales Gallery checklist.
  • Identify and report potential sales opportunities to management.
  • Participate in improving sales processes and customer service standards.
  • Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as and when required by the Management.
  • Performs all other scope of works and / or responsibilities which can vary, from time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
