Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales and Commercial operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Environmental Studies who are interested in contributing to sustainable business practices while supporting day-to-day operational.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g., preparing proposals, follow-ups)
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Coordinate with clients on documentation and order processing

Commercial & Operational Support

• Support contract documentation, pricing and commercial evaluations
• Assist in project coordination and operational execution
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures

Environmental / Sustainability Support

• Assist in environmental-related reporting, documentation or compliance (if applicable)
• Support sustainability initiatives and data tracking aligned with company goals

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to sales support or commercial functions
• Interest or experience in sustainability, environmental compliance or ESG-related work

Skill

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
