We are an High Voltage Electrical Consultancy company looking for a responsible, committed, and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team.

### Job Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and project claims
• Maintain accounting ledger and financial records
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up customer payments
• Handle clients payments and finance documentation
• Assist in tax submission and compliance matters
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, and external parties
• Support monthly finance reporting and cashflow monitoring
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

### Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years working experience in accounting/finance
• Experience in engineering/project-based environment is an advantage
• Familiar with accounting software (SQL/AutoCount/etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Responsive to management demands
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
• Hardworking, committed, and willing to learn
• Prefer candidates with long-term working commitment
• Able to multitask and handle urgent tasks efficiently
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage
• Strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude
