Job Summary:
The Business Operations Intern will support day-to-day operations across multiple functions, including finance, procurement, and project coordination. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a growing company manages internal processes, tracks performance, and executes key initiatives. The intern will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth operations and effective delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks across finance, procurement, and project coordination
• Support vendor coordination, basic procurement processes, and documentation
• Assist in tracking expenses, budgets, and operational records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and projects are progressing as planned
• Maintain and organise documentation, reports, and internal records
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal updates
• Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Participate in meetings and assist with follow-ups on action items

Preferred Academic Background:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
