Job Description

• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings for systems.
• To assist for the staff onboarding and offboarding and setup workstations, user accounts, and software for new hires and manage equipment retrieval.
• Perform regular backups and basic IT security checks to protect data.
• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and log tickets to track service requests.

Work Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient with Windows, networking fundamentals, and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, technical support abilities, and communication skills to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
