Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly disciplined Store Manager to take ownership of multiple unmanned convenience stores. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong retail operations background who are ready to step into a more flexible, tech-driven environment with real career growth potential.

Unlike traditional retail, this role offers greater autonomy, flexible work structure, and the opportunity to grow alongside a fast-expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations
  • Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations across assigned stores
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc store visits to maintain standards
  • Ensure stores are clean, organised, and fully functional at all times

Inventory Management

  • Plan and execute stock replenishment efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels, fast-moving items, and shrinkage
  • Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records
  • Manage product expiry and stock rotation

System & Issue Management

  • Monitor store systems (self-checkout, payment, surveillance)
  • Respond promptly to system alerts or operational issues
  • Coordinate with technical support when needed

Logistics & Coordination

  • Plan delivery schedules and ensure timely replenishment
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations
  • Verify and ensure accurate entry of invoices, DOs, and CNs

Loss Prevention

  • Monitor discrepancies, unusual transactions, and stock loss
  • Take proactive steps to minimise shrinkage
  • Investigate and report operational issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of retail operations experience, preferably in convenience store chains (e.g. store supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager level)
  • Background from structured retail environments is highly preferred
  • Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable using systems, reports, and basic tech tools
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between stores
