Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks.
• Track project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for project execution.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Support project handover processes from pre-sales/tender teams.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the project team.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Candidates who are able to start immediately or on short notice will be preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
