Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage infrastructure projects including LAN/WAN upgrades, SD-WAN, firewall migrations, data center transitions, wireless deployments, and cloud network integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals and milestones.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, design documents, test plans, and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
