About JABINT
JABINT is a fast-growing technology company specializing in RFID systems, smart campus solutions, IoT devices, and software integration for universities & government projects.

You will be involved in:
- Developing internal systems & client software
- Real-time hardware integration (.NET + RFID devices)
- Technical support / helpdesk
- Site deployment & troubleshooting
-Working with project team during go-live

Main Responsibilities

1. Software Development
- Develop applications must have proven experience working in a .NET ENVIRONMENT with strong skills in C#, VB, or JAVA
- candidate must post knowledge on PHP & Flutter
- Improve existing RFID software systems
- Create reports, dashboards & modules
- Debug software issues quickly

2. Hardware Integration
- Connect software with RFID readers, sensors, kiosks, scanners
- Real-time communication between hardware & software
- Testing device connectivity

3. Technical Support / Helpdesk
- Handle Level 1 customer support first
- Troubleshoot software issues remotely
- Escalate advanced cases to senior team / BDM

4. Site Work / Deployment
-Attend client site for installation / UAT / troubleshooting
- Support project handover
- Willing to travel when required

5. Internal Demo / Product Lab
- Maintain HQ testing/demo systems
- Prepare systems for customer demos

Requirements
- Good knowledge in VB.NET / C# / SQL Server / MySQL
- Experience in desktop systems / Windows apps preferred
- Basic network / hardware troubleshooting
- Responsible and can work independently
- Good attitude & willing to learn
- Can communicate with customer professionally
- Willing to travel / attend site
- Own transport is an advantage

Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- RFID integration experience
- Serial Port / TCP-IP device communication
- API integration
- Crystal Report / reporting tools
- Helpdesk experience
