Responsibilities
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Operation Support Executive will provide operational support to ensure seamless management of international supply chain and logistics activities. This role involves coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to achieve project goals, streamline processes, maintain documentation, and uphold high standards of operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with key personnel to support project implementations and process improvements aligned with business objectives.
Assist managers and stakeholders in day-to-day operations to achieve supply chain and logistics targets.
Monitor deadlines and track team progress to ensure timely and effective logistics services that support project execution.
Collaborate with project teams and relevant parties to ensure integrated and harmonized operational systems.
Identify potential risks or issues affecting project delivery and escalate as necessary.
Coordinate with document / SOP owners to implement changes or updates, ensuring approval and proper distribution.
Maintain, review, verify, update, and archive operational records and documents in compliance with internal standards.
Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Track and monitor quality system records, including internal audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as required to support operations and project objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of distribution center operations, supply chain processes, and transportation logistics.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in international or cross-cultural settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good in verbal and written communication skills.
