Management Trainee (Operation) - Japanese Fast Food Restaurant.

• This position is for the education and training of future Management staff of operations.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Able to work shifts and on weekends.

- Full time

- Would be exposed to every aspect of the business and role.

- Would be expected to know and take care of all facets of the business, from sales to customer service, to human resources and operations.

- Dynamic Character helps to solve every issue and complaint that occur.

- Decision-maker.

- Would be expected to know all aspects of the function.

- Would be working with teams or at least a partner who will show you how things are done in the department.

- Would work with teams of different members and at different levels.

- Help to set targets, manage budgets and control stock, as well as assist in the recruiting, training, motivating and encouraging staffs
