Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations (repair, maintenance, warranty)
• Ensure compliance with HQ standards and operational procedures
• Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency and turnaround time
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints
• Build long-term customer relationships and improve retention
• Supervise, train, and evaluate service team members
• Achieve revenue targets and control operational costs
• Track KPIs including labor, parts, and productivity performance
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and minimal rework
• Manage reporting, documentation, and parts coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive service operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and workshop operations
• Ability to analyze reports and manage budgets
• Proficiency in service management systems and basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
