Your Role

As a Mobile App Developer working on Xwerk, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the mobile applications that enable users to interact seamlessly with our intelligent workspace platform. Your work will ensure intuitive, secure, and high-performance mobile experiences for Android and iOS users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, utilizing native development (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C) or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate Xwerk platform requirements into engaging, user-friendly mobile experiences.
• Implement best practices to ensure app performance, security, and maintainability, aligned with the high standards of the Xwerk platform.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services, RESTful APIs, and third-party SDKs to support features such as real-time sensor data monitoring, workspace control, and data visualization.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure app reliability across various devices and operating systems.
• Continuously stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development and UI/UX design.
• Contribute to documentation of technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for the mobile applications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Android and iOS mobile app development using native languages (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific design guidelines.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration of third-party SDKs.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools.
• Passion for creating intuitive, high-quality, and secure mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
