Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and solution-driven Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building impactful business solutions, working across cloud technologies, and collaborating closely with both technical and functional teams.

You will gain exposure to multiple industries including Manufacturing, F&B, Distribution, and Automotive, while working on modern ERP implementations, integrations, workflow automation, and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL programming language.
• Design and build Power Apps to support operational and business workflows.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Integrate Business Central with third-party systems using APIs, REST, OData, and JSON.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants during SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment packages, and system configurations.
• Assist in data migration activities including ETL mapping and scripting.
• Troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests after implementation.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions with customers and internal project teams.
• Support continuous system improvements and optimization initiatives.

RequirementsCore Skills

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV development.
• Hands-on experience in AL development and customization.
• Practical exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good understanding of core Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Basic understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, OData, and JSON.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantages

• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with Dataverse.
• Knowledge or experience in industry-specific ISVs, especially Manufacturing or F&B solutions.
• Prior ERP exposure such as SAP Business One, NetSuite, or Dynamics NAV is an added advantage.
