Job Title: Data Operations Executive (Accounts & Settlement Instructions)
(Also known as: Senior Analyst)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (TRX)

Salary: RM4,800 – RM6,000

About the Role

Join a global banking operations team supporting Accounts & Settlement Instructions (SSI) across multiple international markets. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and timely account data to support high-value, time-sensitive transactions while ensuring strict compliance and operational risk control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform creation, amendment, and deletion of Accounts & SSI data across multiple systems
  • Ensure 100% accuracy through maker/checker processes
  • Manage high-volume tasks within SLA timelines
  • Handle stakeholder queries and escalations effectively
  • Maintain error logs and provide structured feedback
  • Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of operations experience (flexible based on candidate quality)
  • Exposure to banking operations or data processing preferred
  • Financial Markets / Trade Lifecycle knowledge is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Employment Details

  • Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable, high potential for permanent conversion)
  • Working Hours: 3PM – 12AM (UK Shift)
  • Start Date: 1st May 2026 (urgent hiring)
  • Headcount: 4 pax
