Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to support our Accounts and Administration team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to accounting, finance, documentation, reporting, and daily office operations. Interns will gain practical working experience in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist managers with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Support documentation, filing, report preparation, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing Finance & Accounting forms and submissions.
- Support payment processing and financial data analysis.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and maintaining proper records.
- Coordinate with external parties for quotations and related documents.
- Assist with MBRS data entry and ensure timely submissions.
- Support company secretarial and administrative activities.
- Assist HR department with interview coordination and scheduling.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang.
