Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM platforms such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, and other related systems.
  • Act as the CRM system superuser, ensuring proper system configuration, access control, and user management.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance usability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors or IT support teams for system upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
  • Collect, consolidate, and manage data from all departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, as well as data received from clients.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity within the CRM system at all times.
  • Perform regular data audits, cleansing, and validation to maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and business performance.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline tracking through accurate CRM data reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CRM processes and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and system adoption.
  • Ensure CRM practices align with company policies, operational needs, and business strategies.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for CRM users across the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new users to ensure proper system usage.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials for CRM systems.
  • Support internal and client-facing communications with visually engaging content.
  • Assist in aligning CRM practices across multiple locations and teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience in CRM management, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience as a CRM superuser, system administrator, or in system support is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in data management, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Exposure to sales, marketing, or customer lifecycle processes will be an added advantage.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva for reporting or presentation purposes is beneficial.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support business operations, training, or client engagement.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
