Order Fulfillment Specialist ensures the accurate, timely, and efficient processing of customer orders from receipt to final delivery. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping items, managing inventory levels, processing returns, and coordinating with logistics providers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Receiving, reviewing, and processing customer orders via CRM or e-commerce platforms like Shopee or TikTok.
• Picking & Packing: Selecting items from warehouse shelves, verifying quality, and packing them securely for shipment.
• Logistics & Shipping: Generating shipping labels, coordinating with carriers (e.g., SPX, JNT), and ensuring timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock, and reconciling discrepancies to prevent stock outs.
• Returns Management: Handling customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Customer Support: Addressing order status inquiries and resolving shipping issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management software (WMS), SAP, or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move inventory (often up to 10kg).
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in picking items and managing documentation.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
