Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to manage and oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, expense tracking, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
• Assist in auditing processes and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support management in financial decision-making through data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Accountant, or similar role
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
