Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support daily
1) Administrative & Office Support
Handle daily office tasks: filing, data entry, document preparation
Manage company records, invoices, receipts, and quotations
Prepare reports for management (sales, expenses, leads, staff attendance)
2) Finance & Cash Flow Support
Record daily income and expenses
Track invoices, payments, and outstanding customers
Assist with petty cash management and bank transactions
Support accountant with monthly accounts and documents
3) Customer & Appointment Coordination
Answer calls, WhatsApp, and enquiries politely
Schedule customer appointments and follow-ups
Update customer database and service history
4) Staff & HR Support
Track staff attendance, leave, and overtime
Prepare basic HR documents (offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters)
Maintain staff files and company policies
5) Marketing & Lead Tracking (Simple)
Record TikTok, WhatsApp, and walk-in leads
Track appointment conversion (lead → job)
Assist marketing staff with simple admin tasks (posting schedule, comments reply template)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
