Job Title:
Store Supervisor (preferable 3 years experience)

Requirements:

1. At a minimum academic qualification of SPM.

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Supervisory level in retails operations.

3. Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office software and POS application. (Proficiency in AutoCount software is an added advantage.)

4. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

5. Positive mindset, good working attitude, energetic self starter and a team player.

6. Experience in leading and coaching teammates with people management skills.

7. Able to work under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Willing to work within retails hours, and weekends as well as on public holidays when required.

Working Days & Hours:

• Working days: Monday to Sunday
• Off days will be scheduled by Manager
• Working hours (weekly rotating shifts):
• Week 1: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Week 2: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Shifts will alternate weekly

Responsibilities:

1. To responsible for leading and managing the warehouse team to meet the warehouse policies and procedures.

2. Responsible for record and manage warehouse goods/stocks, including inbound and outbound.

3. To responsible for all incoming goods/stocks received from vendor including documentation, data key in, quality and quantity inspection, to report any issues to the vendors and management, and arrangement of goods/stock return process.

4. To work closely with the outlet staff to process stock/goods requisition & issuance transactions.

5. To ensure cleanliness of all warehouse areas, keeping storage areas clean, tidy and easy passage to access inventory.

6. To responsible for warehouse security including fire and theft prevention, and comply with safety regulations.

7. To responsible for inventory stock check and audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.

8. To resolve all warehouse issues and improve efficiency.

9. To maintain a good healthy working environment in the outlet and ensure pleasant interactions with colleagues.

10. To report to superior for all related warehouse issue and take prompt and necessary actions.

11. To complete tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
