Job Description

Responsibilities

The Admin & Finance Executive is responsible for handling both administrative and basic financial tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role supports office management, financial record-keeping, and coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing
  • Maintain proper records and company documentation
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Assist in HR matters (attendance, leave tracking, basic payroll support)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience (fresh grads can be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
