Job Scope:

* Handle incoming leads (WhatsApp / calls / walk-ins)

* Follow up every lead until conversion

* Explain treatments & recommend suitable options to patients

* Promote ongoing packages & campaigns

* Manage appointments & patient records

* Ensure patients attend & complete treatments

* Assist daily front desk operations

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in dental clinic / healthcare
• Strong sales & closing skills
• Confident handling patient enquiries
