Job Description

Responsibilities

Intern Modules:

1. Assist to verify warranty exchange requests submitted by authorized contractors through CRM system.

2. Assist to prepare approval list for manager review.

3. Assist in updating approval status and relevant details within CRM system to maintain accurate records.

4. Help to assist maintain clear communication with contractors throughout the process, providing updates and requesting additional information if necessary.

5. Collaborate with marketing department to identify suitable replacement models for discontinued products exchange request.

6. Liaise with logistic planners to confirm delivery schedules for the exchange set delivery enquiry.

Intern Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor/ Diploma of Logistic, Warehouse, Office Management, Records Management or equivalent.
  • Internship period: Minimum 3 months and above
  • Possess own transportation (if applicable)
  • Internship must meet university or professional training requirements (if applicable)
  • Communication skills – ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, and candidates.
  • Teamwork – work collaboratively with HR team and other departments.
  • Organizational skills – manage multiple tasks like filing, scheduling interviews, or updating records.
  • Attention to detail – ensure accuracy in data entry, payroll info, or HR documents.
  • Confidentiality & ethics – handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
  • Problem-solving & adaptability – assist with HR issues or unexpected tasks efficiently

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
