Join Our Dynamic Team as an Accounts Executive - AR!

The Accounts Executive - AR is responsible for the recording and monitoring of daily sales. Account Receivable ensures the completeness and accuracy of sales documents forwarded from operations.

As our Accounts Executive - AR, you will:

• Conducting Sales Audit - Checking of OR, AR and Contracts
• Recording of Sales and tagging of collections in Xero
• Monitoring of A/R Trade and Deferred Revenue
• Recording of Cost of Good Sold - Inventoriable
• Bank reconciliation related to collections
• Assist in preparation of BIR Returns
• Assist in validation of commission report
• Assist in Intercompany Reconciliation (AR and Sales)
• Organize the timely filing of the hard copy of invoices and official receipts
• Responsible for ensuring strict compliance with their sub department SOPs

Requirements:

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM,/’A’ Level /Pre-U, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong initiative, leadership skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, strong analytical & presentation skill and able to meet deadlines.
• Independent, initiative, self–starter and willing to work with minimum supervision.
• Passionate to learn and explore new knowledge.
• Positive attitude to work under pressure or overtime.
• PC literate with excellent Microsoft excel/google drive and formulas.

• Manage and send the reports required including but not limited to sales, accidents, injuries, equipment damages, etc.
• Follow company protocols for discipline, performance management and safety.
• Manage compliance to club house rules and SOPs. Notify the club manager or department head of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible.
• Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.
• Participate in safety training and safety inspections.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
