Job Description
Responsibilities
· Food Preparation: Washing, cutting, chopping, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and food safety standards.
· Cooking Assistance: Helping with cooking tasks, such as measuring ingredients, monitoring cooking times, and ensuring food is cooked to the appropriate temperature.
· Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
· Dishwashing: Washing and storing dishes, cookware, and utensils.
· Inventory and Supply Management: Assisting with unloading deliveries, storing food properly, and restocking supplies.
· Food Safety Compliance: Adhering to food health and safety regulations.
· Communication: Communicating kitchen needs to supervisors.
· Customer Interaction: May interact with customers as needed, especially in certain settings.
Requirement
· 1-2 years of work experience in kitchen or F&B operations.
· Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and hygiene standards.
· Good communication skills
· Able to lift heavy items.
· Willing to work shifts, weekend and public holiday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
