Full Time BIM Modeller Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Abeyaantrix Vox Selangor - Maukerja

Position : BIM Modeller
Work Location : Icon City, Petaling Jaya

Job Scope

1. BIM Modelling
* Develop accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD.
* Prepare BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.
* Ensure models comply with design requirements, specifications, and standards.

2. Drawings & Documentation
* Produce shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings from BIM models.
* Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and instructions from consultants.
* Ensure drawings are coordinated and approved before submission.

3. Coordination & Clash Detection
* Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
* Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Architects, QS, and project teams.
* Support technical coordination meetings.

4. BIM Standards & Data Management
* Follow BIM standards, Level of Detail (LOD), naming conventions, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
* Maintain accurate model data including materials, specifications, and quantities.
* Assist in quantity take-off (QTO) when required.

5. Project & Site Support
* Provide technical support to site teams.
* Update models based on actual site conditions and construction progress.
* Prepare 3D visuals for presentations and coordination purposes.

6. Software & File Management
* Manage BIM files, versions, and model coordination efficiently.
* Ensure proper documentation and file control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in in Engineering Field.
• With experience in working in ACC cloud / BIM 360 and Worksets in ACC
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller in construction or consultancy projects.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD 350 - 400, BEP, and naming conventions.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ability to perform clash detection and coordination.
• Familiar with Architectural / Structural / MEP modelling (depending on discipline).
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Working Days:
Monday - Saturday (8.00am to 5.00pm)
