We don’t hire "brand awareness" artists. We hire ROI machines.

At Aihome, we are aggressively scaling our smart home retail and e-commerce presence. We do not need a marketer who just wants to make pretty social media feeds or celebrate getting 1,000 "likes" on a post. We are looking for a hyper-analytical Performance Digital Marketer who treats our ad budget like their own money. If you do not know the difference between vanity metrics and actual revenue, do not apply.

THE MANDATE: You are the sniper behind the screen. Your only job is to buy attention and convert it into cash. You will manage our ad budgets across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive high-intent traffic to our website and physical foot traffic to our retail stores.

WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER:

  • Ruthless Ad Buying: You launch, manage, and scale campaigns daily. You kill the losing ads instantly and aggressively pump money into the winning ones.
  • Funnel Optimization: Your job does not end when someone clicks the ad. If a campaign is getting clicks but the landing page is not converting, you dive in, diagnose the leak, and fix the funnel.
  • A/B Testing Everything: You do not guess what our customers want to see. You test the copy, the creatives, the audiences, and the offers. You let the data, not your feelings, make the decisions.
  • Omnichannel Drive: You are not just pushing online sales. You know how to build localized campaigns that push customers off their couches and into our physical retail outlets.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are):

  • Data-Obsessed: You live in Ads Manager dashboards and spreadsheets. Math and data are your first languages.
  • Platform Expert: You know the technical back-end of Meta Ads and Google Ads inside and out. You understand tracking, pixels, conversions API, and attribution windows.
  • Business Acumen: You understand business margins. You know that we can afford a higher cost-per-acquisition (CPA) on a premium smart lock than we can on a basic smart plug.
  • Speed: E-commerce moves fast. You do not need three weeks to plan a campaign. You design, build, launch, and iterate rapidly.

HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs):

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): For every RM1 you spend of my budget, how many ringgit are you bringing back into the company?
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): Are you keeping the cost of acquiring a customer within our profitable limits?
  • Attributed Revenue: The actual bottom-line sales generated directly from your campaigns.

A Final Note from the Founder: "I am handing you the company's credit card, and I expect you to bring that money back multiplied. I have zero interest in how many followers we have if those followers aren't buying smart home tech. If you can prove that you can turn RM1,000 in ad spend into RM10,000 in sales, I will give you an uncapped budget and pay you incredibly well. If you just want to sit around debating the colors of a logo, go work for a PR agency."
