Hiring for Floor Manager (FM) / Assistant Floor Manager (AFM)

• Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,700 (Based on position & experience)
• Full-Time (Shift Basis)
• Location: Langkap,Perak

Allowance:
Handphone allowance is provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items
• Conduct stock take, cycle count and stock adjustments when necessary
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures
• Conduct regular floor walk to monitor store condition and staff performance
• Support cashier operations during peak hours
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and compliance with SOP

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma
• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Leadership skills and ability to supervise a team
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, disciplined and committed

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
