Full Time Executive – Application Services Jobs, in Pan Malaysian Pools Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Support users for review of functional specifications to meet business requirements.

• Perform gaps analysis between functional/technical specifications and business requirements.

• Provide analytical and technical expertise in the implementation of software application.

• Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) planning, ensure readiness of UAT environment and support UAT for any Test Incident Report (TIR) raised by users.

• Review QA report and production deployment checklist.

• Provide technical support on root cause analysis and resolution for production problems on software application.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in application development and support, 1 year in test management/QA, preferably in Linux Red Hat environment.

• Strong analytical, programming and problem solving skills.

• Ability to learn and understand business processes and functional specifications.

• An innovative team player who is aggressive and dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and result-oriented.

• Have a high sense of personal responsibility and ownership, hard-working and able to work under minimum supervision.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
