Full Time Design Engineer – Civil, Structural - Architectural (CSA) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in ROSADO TRADELINE SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a Design Engineer – CSA to support the design, coordination, and review of Civil, Structural & Architectural works for HV substations within data center and mission-critical projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all CSA designs comply with client requirements, industry standards, statutory regulations, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Stage

• Review CSA drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Raise technical clarifications and provide BQ breakdowns for costing purposes.

Engineering Stage

• Review construction drawings, project specifications, and BQ documents.
• Coordinate technical clarifications (RFI) with clients and support internal QS on subcontractor scope.
• Provide input on value engineering and constructability improvements.
• Review subcontractor and supplier shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions for client approval.
• Conduct drawing superimposition and coordination checks between multiple trades/services where necessary.

Construction Stage

• Lead design coordination and resolve design or service clashes with consultants, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participate in technical discussions and design coordination meetings.

Quality & Handover

• Support preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final handover documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CSA design for HV substations, data centers, or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience in HV/EHV substation projects is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Malaysian standards and relevant international codes.
• Able to review and interpret CSA drawings effectively.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site when required.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
