Full Time Chargeman Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Soon Soon Oilmills Selangor - Maukerja

• To provide electrical and instrumentation system support to operation teams to achieve operation target.
• To trouble shoot and solve the electrical and instrument system problem in the operation and minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide technical report on electrical downtime by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trend.
• Register competency of chargeman certificate with Suruhanjaya Tenaga for Westport Grain Terminals Sdn Bhd under Electricity Supply Act & regulation.
• Assist B0 chargeman / Technical Executive to perform repair and maintenance work, preventive maintenance task on all switch boards, circuit breakers and transformer at HV LV substations.
• To ensure all laws and regulations related to electrical system and installation are complied with the authority.
• Plan, monitor and implement of electrical and instrumentation system to meet the preventive maintenance schedule and target.
• Compiles and updates the electrical maintenance records, electrical drawing, test result & etc. for reference and analysis.
• Carry out switching and fault tripping trouble shooting of L.V. switchgears when necessary.
• Carry out periodical inspection on all electrical services and provide technical reports on its performance.
• To monitor in-coming electrical supply and operate the electrical standby generator systems (minimum A4 grade).
• Assist Electrical Engineer to lead and train the junior electricians in repair/service task, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
• Carry out motor servicing for electrical AC motors and motors starter up to 200kw.
• Carry out effective preventive maintenance as per scheduled for electrical and instrument field equipment in plants such as sensors, RTD/thermocouple, level switches, transmitter, limit switches, push button, control valves, pneumatic cylinder & etc.

Job Specification:

• Qualification : Posses electrical Certification of Chargeman with minimum AO grade.
• Experience : Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Skills: Knowledge of PLC and automation system.
• Candidate able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision, good trouble shooting & problem solving skills and a good team player.
• Candidate able to work on rotating shift.

• Willing to work at Pulau Indah
• Posses own transport and valid driving license

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
