Building Operation Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Operation Technician to support the maintenance and smooth operation of our Network Support Facility

The role involves performing maintenance work, coordinating with vendors, assisting the NOC team and engineers on-site, and preparing reports and documentation. The Operation Technician must be proactive, hands-on, and ready to be on standby for any maintenance requirements to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and operate civil works and facilities within the Network Support Facility.
• Provide timely support and coordinate part replacements with specialist vendors.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and incident maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist engineers and the NOC team with on-site operational support.
• Supervise and coordinate building and equipment maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on facility operations and performance.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to maintenance activities.
• Be on standby to attend to any maintenance requirements as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards and SLAs.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
